Welcome to UsefulPlanner!
Hi, I’m Luna, the creator of UsefulPlanner and the designer behind every product you see here. My journey started back in 2020 with a love for creativity, design, and organisation, which I’ve combined to create digital tools that help people simplify their lives. I use and test all the products myself, and I can’t imagine my life without planning my day in advance. Of course, I don’t always stick to the plan, because, you know, life happens. However, as soon as you write your tasks down, you are 50% closer to completing them.
Our Mission
At UsefulPlanner, we believe that planning should be effortless, enjoyable, and, most importantly, effective. Our planners are designed to help you stay organised, productive, and focused - whether you're managing ADHD, motherhood, academic life, or just looking to take control of your life. I create and design all products by myself, so each item is unique. When I read productivity books, I write down quotes or life-hacks related to planning, ADHD and time-management, and later on, I create worksheets based on what I have read, so one planner takes months to make. Our products are constantly improved and updated, in order to keep up with modern trends, life hacks and technology.
What Makes Us Different?
With so many planners out there, especially ADHD planners, you might be wondering - how are we special? Every planner in our shop is thoughtfully designed with functionality, aesthetics, and real-life usability in mind. I test and use the planners I create in my daily life. Our printable planners work like a constructor: you get a vast choice of various templates and layouts with your purchase. Then, you can pick the templates you like and construct your own perfect planner, or print the file as it is. I tried to include as many templates as possible, however it would be way too overwhelming to use all of them. I recommend to pick the ones that you like and need, and stick to those. Unlike mass-produced templates, our planners are created with genuine experience and purpose, ensuring they truly support your daily needs. It is not always about how much time we have, but rather how we use it. Sometimes, I can accomplish more in one week than in 1 months. My goal is to help you organise your time effectively, so you can maximise productivity without feeling overwhelmed (don’t forget about having some rest as well).
Our Story
I started learning design back in 2020. After I had mastered a couple of designing tools, I decided to create some templates for my personal use, as I really enjoyed ticking my tasks off a list and seeing my progress.Before launching this shop, I used planners to break down big tasks into manageable steps, helping me stay focused and avoid overwhelm. This personal experience inspired me to create tools that genuinely make a difference in people’s lives. After some time, I created my first planner pack, in order to share it with other people. Since that time, I have created hundreds of planners and continue researching new trends and techniques. Our newest product line is fully automated Notion Planners, that can be synced with your Google Calendar in 1 click and has dozens of cool automated features, check them out :)
