Please follow the steps below to access your purchase:

1. Check Your Email: You will receive an email with a download link shortly after your purchase. Please, note that no physical items will be shipped!
2. Click the Download Link: In the email, simply click the "Download" button or link to start downloading your product.
3. Save Your File: The file will download to your device. We recommend saving it in a folder where you can easily find it later.
4. Need Help? If you have any issues with the download or need further assistance, please reach out to our support team at usefulplannershop@gmail.com. We will get in touch with you within 48 hours.

Because of the nature of digital download products, we aren’t able to offer refunds or exchanges. Different colors, designs, variations must be purchased separately.

We offer printable planners, fully hyperlinked digital planners, and Notion templates. Our digital planners are compatible with all popular PDF annotation apps, such as GoodNotes, Xodo, Noteshelf, and more. We don't offer any physical items. You will get instant access to your purchase.

We offer ADHD planners, Busy Mom Planners, Ultimate Life Planners, and Mental Health Journals. Based on your needs and preferences, you can choose the planner that best suits your lifestyle. We are passionate and experienced creators who truly value our users. That's why all our planners are crafted with care, featuring high-quality, thoughtful, and neat designs.

2. Next, select the planner that fits your needs: an ADHD planner, designed specifically for the ADHD neurotype, a Busy Mom planner, tailored to the demands of motherhood, or if you prefer general planning pages, feel free to choose any planner and use only the pages that suit you.

3. Use and enjoy :) You will also get freebies with every purchase.

Printable Planners: You can't change the content of the pages, but feel free to print only the pages you need. We include as many pages as possible to give you options, but you're welcome to select and print only the ones that best suit your needs.

Digital Planners: While you can't change the existing content, you can make annotations using PDF-annotation apps. Please avoid deleting any pages, as this will break the hyperlinks.

Notion Planners: You can modify the content and remove any pages or sections you don't need. The only exception is the "Notification Center Page," which cannot be removed, as doing so will break the notifications.

Yes! You'll receive all future versions of the product you purchase at no extra cost. We continuously add new features, including access to our planner library, as well as new Notion automations and templates. Our printable and digital planners are undated, so you can use them year after year without feeling obligated to use them every day (no overwhelm, we promise!).
