Digital Planner FAQ

1. What is included in this purchase?

This is a digital planner designed for use on tablets (iPad/Android). You will receive a PDF file with hyperlinked tabs for easy navigation. No physical product will be shipped.

2. What apps do I need to use this planner?

To use this planner, you’ll need a PDF annotation app such as:
✅ GoodNotes (iOS) 
✅ Notability (iOS)
✅ Noteshelf (iOS/Android)
✅ Xodo (iOS/Android)

Please, keep in mind that some of these apps are paid, the free version of GoodNotes has a 5MB file size limit for imports. Please, check the plans in advance. The size of 1 digital planner is around 10-20MB. 

3. Will this planner work on my iPad, Android, or PC?

  • iPad – Works great with apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or Noteshelf.
  • Android tablets – Works with Noteshelf or Xodo.
  • PC/Mac – Can be opened in PDF readers, but interactive features may not work

4. Does this planner sync across devices?

If you use GoodNotes or Noteshelf with iCloud or Dropbox, your planner can sync across multiple devices (iPad, iPhone, Mac).

5. How do I import the planner into GoodNotes?

  1. Download the PDF to your iPad.
  2. Open the GoodNotes app.
  3. Tap the "+" (New) > Import.
  4. Select the planner file from your downloads.
  5. Start planning!

6. Can I edit the planner?

This planner is not editable in terms of design, but you can write, type, and add stickers in your note-taking app.

7. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you have any issues, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to assist you.

8. Can I share or resell this planner?

No, this planner is for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the files is not allowed.
