Important Update About Widgets in Our Notion Planners
We want to share an important update regarding the appearance of some widgets used in our Notion planners.
On December 24th, the external service WidgetBox, which powered several decorative and functional widgets (such as clocks, calendars, counters, etc.), officially shut down their service. Unfortunately, this decision was made by the platform itself and was completely outside of our control. If you wish to customise the size, font, color, etc., please use this tool: https://indify.co/
What does this mean for your planner?
Because of this shutdown:
- Some widgets may look different than what you see in the product photos.
- Certain widgets may have been replaced with alternatives from other providers.
- The design or style of a few widgets may change during this transition period.
What we’re doing about it
We are actively:
- Replacing discontinued widgets with reliable, supported alternatives.
- Updating the planners to ensure everything remains functional and easy to use.
- Gradually adjusting designs to keep the planners aesthetic and consistent
Your planner still works as intended, and all core features, pages, and systems remain fully functional. Please, keep in mind that the appearance of the templates may slightly change because of the substitution of widgets. You can also easily add your own widgets.
Here is an example of what new widgets will look like:

About product images
Please note that some product images may show older widget designs. During this transition period, the actual widgets inside your planner may look slightly different, but this is due to the external service shutdown — not an error or missing content.
We truly appreciate your understanding and patience while we adapt to this unexpected change. Our goal has always been to provide high-quality, thoughtful planners, and we’re committed to keeping them updated and usable long-term.
